Round trip airfare from JFK *Only included with full package option

Travel Insurance (Highly recommended)

Lunches (Approximately $10-15 daily for lunch)

Connecting airfare to and from JFK airport

Any personal expenses (Such as souvenirs, laundry service, phone calls, etc.)

Deviations: Any passengers who are a part of the land only package or are and are deviating from the group’s airfare will not be entitled to the group airport transfers.

Payment Schedule & Information:

• We accept payments in the form of cash, check, credit card, or bank transfer.
• Please make checks payable to “Pursuit Travel Int” and in the memo place March 2025 Israel Trip. All payments must be given in U.S.D.
• All Credit Card transactions will incur an additional 4% CC processing fee will be automatically applies. You can avoid this fee by sending us a check if you prefer.
• Zelle transfer option for payment, please send to tarrah@pursuittravel.org.
• Please note any returned checks will result in an automatic $25 fee.
• Pursuit Travel reserves the right to cancel any passenger’s reservation based on neglect of payment as per the below due dates.

Payment Deadlines:

• Application Deadline: Oct. 2, 2024 – Application and $500 USD deposit due to secure space
• 1^st Installment Due: November 2, 2024
• Final Payment: December 2, 2024

Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• Cancellations received on or after September 2, 2024 forfeit trip deposit of $500 per person plus any cancellation charges (if any) from supplier/airlines.
• 90 to 61 days: 50% land cost and 100% airfare
• 60 to 31 days: 75% land cost and 100% airfare
• 30 days or less/ no-show: 100% of cost.
